ASSOCIATE CUSTOMER SERVICE COORDINATOR - $20.00 Per Hour
The right candidate for this position is a self-starter with previous customer service experience and a working knowledge of MS office. We are looking for someone who will:
Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries, concerns, and requests via phone, email or live chat
Place orders and keep accurate records of customer interactions
Resolve customer issues by taking ownership and following through to a satisfactory resolution
Work independently as well as part of a team while maintaining a positive and enthusiastic attitude
