Associate Data Engineer

This individual will work with the technical team and internal clients to understand and analyze requirements to build and support data initiatives. The candidate will have experience designing and developing highly scalable data solutions with a strong understanding of the Data Engineering operating environments. This role requires an individual who has a passion for technology and media and is looking to apply this to further their experience in real-world business scenarios. Key Responsibilities Active participation in discussions and provides insights about processes and solutions. Responsible for intermediate tasks related to core practice, ensuring effective and timely completion. Identifying areas for improvement in processes and helping to adapt processes. Develop and manage team documentation and conduct peer reviews as scoped. Follow compliance guidelines and standards, identify potential problems, and propose solutions. Collaborate across teams within the project, understanding and integrating feedback from different stakeholders. Mentor trainee engineers, guiding them through tasks and helping them understand core concepts.
