Position Summary TPA and Payor Solutions: Meritain Health Team within Aetna Technology Supports the organization's data infrastructure and ensures the efficient and reliable processing of data. Collaborates with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and maintain data pipelines, databases, and data processing systems. Optimizes data workflows, ensures data quality, and supports data-related initiatives to enable effective data-driven decision-making. What you will do • Designs basic databases to store and organize large volumes of structured and unstructured data. • Compiles data from different sources and systems, ensuring compatibility and consistency, and works with APIs, connectors, and data integration tools to establish data connections and automate data retrieval processes. • Conducts data quality checks and validation processes to ensure data accuracy, completeness, and consistency • Conducts data transformation and modeling activities to support data analysis and reporting, and builds data models, schemas, and dimensional structures to enable efficient data retrieval and analysis. • Compiles data engineering processes, workflows, and systems for reference and knowledge sharing purposes. • Assists data engineers and other stakeholders in designing and developing efficient and scalable data pipelines. • Communicates effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders, translating complex technical concepts into understandable terms. • Actively contributes to team meetings, brainstorming sessions, and collaborative projects, by sharing ideas, providing feedback, and contributing to the overall goals and objectives of the team. • Assists team members with tasks, timelines, and deliverables, including collaborating on projects, sharing information, and ensuring effective communication within the team. Required Qualifications • 0-2 years software development education/experience • Basic awareness of problem solving and decision making skills • 24x7 on-call participation may be required Preferred Qualifications • Data Engineering Professional Certificate preferred. • AI education/experience • Cloud education/experience Education • Bachelor's degree preferred. Anticipated Weekly Hours 40 Time Type Full time Pay Range The typical pay range for this role is: $61,800.00 - $123,600.00 This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. Our people fuel our future.
