A brief description of the roles and skills is outlined below: Product Development: Develop next generation software products and solutions to solve complex business problems using the latest tools and technologies. Collaborate with multiple business stakeholders, technology teams and other product teams to build and iterate on products that directly impact millions of customers and prospects. Manage the implementation of critical products, drive global, reusable, and configurable design, rule authoring, testing, integration, and product launch using low-code tools. This cluster includes a diverse set of roles, with varying requirements on technical acumen – from Low-Code tools to Pro-Code programming skills. Support the development and execution of product roadmaps aligned with business and customer needs. Gather, analyze, and document business, customer, and regulatory requirements to help define product features and enhancements. Assist in translating requirements into Epics, Features, User Stories, and Acceptance Criteria for Agile delivery. Work closely with Product Managers, Engineering, Design, and business stakeholders to support product development and delivery. Help prioritize and maintain the product backlog based on customer feedback, business priorities, and team input. Participate in product discovery activities, including customer journey analysis, process mapping, and solution brainstorming. Contribute to testing, documentation, product analysis, and release activities to ensure high-quality product outcomes. Leverage Generative AI tools to improve documentation, requirements creation, product research, and routine tasks while identifying opportunities to simplify and automate processes. Continuously learn product management best practices, Agile methodologies, and emerging technologies to contribute to product success. Bachelor’s Degree required; Bachelor’s (or comparable experience) in computer science, engineering, or a related technical discipline. 0-2 years of experience in Software Product Management, Business Analysis or Product Ownership. Experience in data quality management, data analysis, product development, or related analytical roles. Should have experience with GCP/Big Query or Data Transformation & Airflow. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Understanding of data quality dimensions, validation techniques, and monitoring frameworks. Experience creating business rules and monitoring controls for large datasets. Innovative mindset with the ability to think creatively and propose out-of-the-box solutions Experience supporting data migration initiatives is an advantage. Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills. Preferred Hands-on experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Github Co-pilot - or similar generative AI platforms to improve productivity and drive innovation.
