The Commercial Data Office (CoDO) team, within Global Commercial Services (GCS), is focused on powering the best customer experience and business growth through streamlined data. With continuous changes in the regulatory environment and innovation through data evolving, we play a key role in strengthening GCS critical enablers and supporting new growth opportunities. In partnership with the Enterprise Chief Data Office and across GCS, CoDO is tasked with building new, innovative data solutions for our customers, while adhering to regulations and data management standard methodologies. As an Associate- Digital Product Management, colleague to responsible to deliver key data solutions for the Commercial Data Platform by analyzing and mining data, conceptualizing capabilities, creating proofs of concept and prototypes, driving automation, and partnering with Technology teams to build scalable solutions for Transaction 360, GDR, and related data products. Support the delivery of Transaction 360, GDR, and related data products by gathering requirements, analyzing data, and coordinating with Technology teams. Translate business needs into clear user stories, functional requirements, and acceptance criteria. Analyze datasets to identify trends, gaps, data quality issues, and opportunities for improvement. Assist in creating proofs of concept, prototypes, and automation opportunities for data products. Partner with business, product, technology, and data governance teams to support solution delivery. Maintain product documentation, process flows, requirement documents, and status updates. Track delivery progress, risks, dependencies, and open items, and communicate updates to stakeholders. Required Qualification 1-3 years of experience in a product role for data-based analytics solutions or capabilities, with demonstrated skills in data and process automation. Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Management, Statistics, or a related discipline from a premium institute. Functional Skills and Capabilities Basic understanding of product development and solution delivery. Experience working in agile delivery teams and ability to write clear requirements, user stories, and process documentation. Ability to perform basic root cause analysis and follow through on issue resolution. Interest in automation and continuous improvement. Technical Skills and Capabilities Data manipulation with large and complex datasets Strong proficiency in SQL, RDBMS Concepts, GCP, or Big Data technologies such as Hive. Understanding of data architecture, metadata management, and data lineage concepts. Basic Python with Gen AI proficiency. Experience in data governance, data management, data compliance, or related tools. Familiarity with data protection regulations and best practices for data retention and access management. Soft Skills Strong documentation and report-writing skills. Effective interpersonal and communication skills for cross-functional collaboration. Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
