Job Description Associate Director, Financial Planning & Analysis, External Manufacturing Preferred location for this position is in Europe, remote or hybrid work arrangements are supported. The Position As an Associate Director, FP&A - External Manufacturing, you serve as the finance business partner for one or more platforms within the OMS (Organon Manufacturing & Supply) External Manufacturing (ExM) organization, providing financial leadership, planning, reporting, and strategic decision support. You will report to the Director FP&A – External Manufacturing. Welcome to our team The FP&A External Manufacturing team is a small, highly collaborative international team responsible for providing financial planning, analysis and strategic support to Organon's External Manufacturing organization. The team is led by the Director FP&A External Manufacturing. Reporting to the Director are two Associate Directors, as well as a Senior Specialist. Working across multiple geographies, the team partners closely with manufacturing, supply chain, procurement and business stakeholders to deliver financial insights, support decision-making, and drive performance through robust planning, forecasting, reporting, and analysis. The team's international footprint enables close collaboration with key stakeholders across the organization while fostering a diverse and dynamic working environment. Responsibilities Drive financial forecast, budget and LROP processes for assigned ExM platforms. Lead capital forecast process for the total ExM organization. Analyze actual results versus forecast and budget, identifying key drivers and recommending corrective actions. Deliver accurate and timely monthly financial reporting and present financial performance, risks, and opportunities to senior leadership. Support manufacturing network strategy initiatives with financial modeling. Collaborate closely with ExM platform Operations, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Tech Ops and Quality, providing financial insights and support to achieve financial objectives and drive business performance. Ensure compliance with company financial policies and internal controls. Drive continuous improvement in forecasting accuracy, planning and reporting processes. Guide other FP&A professionals within the team and act as back-up for Director FP&A – External Manufacturing when needed. Required Education, Experience, and Skills Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field. At least 8-10 years of relevant experience in financial analysis, accounting, or financial planning. Strong practical knowledge of financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and reporting processes. Proven business partnering experience, preferably supporting manufacturing, supply chain, procurement, or other operational functions. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively engage stakeholders at different levels of the organization. Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities. Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional teams and drive results in a matrix environment. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Fluency in spoken and written English. Preferred Experience and Skills MBA, CPA, CMA or equivalent. Experience with SAP, SAC Planning and BI tools. Experience supporting manufacturing, supply chain, procurement, or external manufacturing organizations in a global environment. Experience in the pharmaceutical, healthcare or other highly regulated industries.
