Associate Director Product Owner (Retail and CPG)

Job Description REQUIREMENTS: Total Experience 13 years+ Deep expertise in 2–3 Retail & CPG domains such as Merchandising, PLM, Demand Planning, Logistics, Store Operations, Category Management, or Trade Promotion. Strong understanding of the end-to-end Retail & CPG value chain and key business drivers. Experience leading large transformation programs (ERP, PLM, Supply Chain, Merchandising). Proven experience conducting CXO workshops, presales, solutioning, and practice development. Strong stakeholder management, consulting, communication, and mentoring skills. Exposure to AI/GenAI in Retail and COE/practice-building experience is a plus. RESPONSIBILITIES: Act as the Retail & CPG Domain SME and own the practice point of view. Lead CXO workshops, discovery sessions, and strategic consulting engagements. Drive presales, solutioning, proposals, and deal shaping. Develop reusable frameworks, accelerators, and thought leadership assets. Mentor consulting teams and ensure high-quality practice deliverables. Collaborate with engineering and delivery teams to support client transformations. Represent Nagarro through client interactions, industry events, and practice-building initiatives.
