What You Will Do Own the enterprise‑wide supplier relationship, including , risk, and governance accountability. Lead multi‑year supplier strategy development and execution aligned to enterprise priorities. Manage and develop strategic supplier relationships across multiple business units. Coordinate and execute supplier and commodity strategies to optimize performance, quality, and cost. Monitor and manage supplier performance to ensure SLA compliance and continuous improvement. Lead cross‑functional engagements to ensure unified supplier strategy and execution. Provide support and oversight for contract negotiations to secure best‑in‑class terms for price, quality, risk, and delivery. Ability to travel up to 15%. Qualifications You Must Have Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 12 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 10 years of experience or in absence of a degree, 16 years of relevant experience. 10+ years of experience within Supply Chain, Engineering, or Programs. Experience in the aerospace/defense industry. Experience in a transformational leadership/team management role. Qualifications We Prefer End-to-end supply chain management experience. Excellent written and verbal communications skills. Risk Management experience. Project Management experience. Ability to work across business units and with cross-functional teams. Ability to influence/negotiate. The salary range for this role is 157,200 USD - 298,800 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
