About the Role: As Associate Director, Treasury and E-Payment Operations, you will take ownership of a business-critical function at Redcare, ensuring smooth and scalable cash and payment operations across our fast-growing e-commerce platform. You will lead and further develop our treasury and e-payment operations, driving performance, improving processes, and building strong structures in a dynamic environment. Working closely with Finance and Tech, you’ll play a key role in enabling growth through reliable liquidity management and seamless payment experiences. About your tasks: Lead and develop a team of ~6, fostering a high-performing and collaborative environment Own daily treasury operations, including cash management and short-term cash flow forecasting Ensure smooth and scalable e-payment operations in a high-volume B2C environment Strengthen compliance and risk management while maintaining operational efficiency Drive hands-on improvements of processes and systems in close collaboration with Tech/IT About you: 7+ years of experience in Treasury and/or e-payment operations, ideally in a fast-paced environment First leadership experience with a strong hands-on, “lead by example” mindset Solid expertise in cash management and short-term cash flow forecasting Experience working with ERP and payment systems, and collaborating with Tech teams A pragmatic, solution-oriented approach with the ambition to improve and build Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to operate effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment German language skills are a plus About your Benefits: To best support you with your individual needs—whether it's leading a healthy life, having enough time for yourself, or developing your skills—we offer a wide range of location-specific benefits: Work from Home: If your job does not require you to be present in the office, we can arrange the place you work from individually - even for up to 20 days a year anywhere in the EU.
