Description The Associate Editor supports the Navellier franchise by writing, editing, researching, fact-checking, and publishing financial content for free and paid products. This role combines hands-on editorial production with regular writing responsibilities. The Associate Editor will turn source material into clear, engaging content while helping the editorial team meet recurring deadlines and fulfillment obligations. The ideal candidate is a capable writer and careful editor with a strong interest in the stock market. We prefer someone with professional financial writing or editing experience, but we are also open to a less-experienced candidate who demonstrates strong writing skills, sound judgment, and an eagerness to learn. Key Responsibilities Write and edit financial content for the Navellier franchise’s free and paid publications using the voice, style, and editorial standards of Louis Navellier. Turn podcasts, transcripts, market commentary, research, and rough drafts into polished articles, reports, and subscriber communications. Research and fact-check company information, market data, economic developments, investment claims, and performance figures. Develop timely article ideas based on earnings, market news, and broader investment themes. Support the production of recurring publications, special reports, fulfillment materials, and promotional editorial content. Publish content using WordPress. Update portfolios, track records, and performance spreadsheets using Excel and Google Sheets. Respond to customer-service questions related to editorial content, portfolios, and investment recommendations. Help manage editorial schedules, deadlines, and recurring fulfillment responsibilities. Provide additional writing, editing, and production support to the Senior Managing Editor and editorial team. Qualifications Two to four years of professional experience in writing, editing, proofreading, or publishing is preferred. Experience writing or editing financial, investment, or business content is preferred. A bachelor’s degree in English, journalism, communications, finance, or a related field is preferred but not required. Strong writing, editing, grammar, proofreading skills, research, and fact-checking skills. Ability to explain financial or technical subjects in clear, conversational language. Strong interest in the stock market, investing, business, and economic news. Experience working with WordPress is preferred. Experience using Excel is required; familiarity with Google Sheets is preferred. Excellent organizational and time-management skills. Ability to manage multiple assignments and adjust quickly as priorities change. Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy. Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively across teams. Fluency in the English language.
