Associate Education Program Manager - Consultant

The Associate Program Manager plays an integral role within our Program Management team, reporting directly to the Lead Program Manager. This role supports the day-to-day execution of assigned programs, from successful launch through ongoing life cycle support, while working closely with internal teams, external stakeholders, and partner schools to deliver high-quality education services aligned with our mission. What You'll Do Plan, execute, and monitor program launches and life cycle support following established standard operating procedures Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business development and operations, to ensure effective delivery of Hudson Global Scholars-branded products and services to partner schools Contribute to best practices and consistent program management processes, both domestically and internationally Use our CRM system to track and enhance customer interactions and program management Support technology implementation at school sites by building strong working relationships with site coordinators Monitor program performance, identify areas for improvement, and help implement corrective actions Contribute to data analysis and reporting to measure program effectiveness and identify trends Collaborate on academic and programmatic plans that ensure quality and timeliness Support optimal Program Manager-to-account ratios for efficient, high-quality service Partner with other Program Managers to manage seasonal demands during launches and enrollment periods Contribute to partner annual plans and long-term goals Embrace a client-facing, customer-centric culture within the Program Management team What You'll Bring Bachelor's degree in a related field Entry-level experience or internship in project or program management; education industry exposure highly preferred Familiarity with online programs, program launches, and technology implementation at school sites Basic understanding of CRM systems and their application in program management Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including fluency in Greek, English, and one additional language (Spanish or French) Demonstrated ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities Proficiency with basic project management tools and Microsoft Office Suite A detail-oriented, adaptable mindset with a commitment to quality Hudson Global Scholars is an equal opportunity employer and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, pregnancy, age, national origin, disability status, genetic information, protected veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by law.
