Associate Financial Analyst

Job Purpose The Financial Analyst is responsible for delivering accurate, timely, and insightful financial analysis to support departmental goals and enable informed business decisions. This role focuses on reporting, forecasting, and supporting financial operations across business units. Primary Job Accountabilities/ Responsibilities 35% - Financial Reporting & Analysis Prepare monthly and quarterly revenue and expense reporting, including variance analysis to Plan, Forecast, and Prior Year. Aid in developing and maintaining reporting layouts and presentation materials. 35% - Financial Modeling & Planning Support Develop and maintain financial models supporting Forecast and Plan cycles. Perform ad hoc analysis, scenario modeling, and financial decision support for business initiatives. 30% - AI Tools & Process Improvement Identify, develop, implement, and maintain AI tools and other automation solutions that improve efficiency, reporting, and decision-making. Drive AI adoption through stakeholder engagement, training, documentation, and continuous enhancement. Qualifications Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. Experience: 1 – 2 year of experience in financial analysis or a related role. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint Ability to interpret and create financial reports Strong analytical and data modeling skills Effective written, verbal, and presentation communication skills Preferred Skills Experience identifying, evaluating and resolving financial, accounting and data quality discrepancies Ability to utilize dynamic spreadsheet / database design in providing comprehensive decision support to executive management Pay Range: $49,300.00 - $81,300.00 Any posted pay range considers a wide range of compensation factors, including candidate background, experience and work location, while also allowing for salary growth within the position.
