Associate Financial Analyst at BairesDev

We are looking for an Associate Financial Analyst to conduct financial analysis and provide insights that support strategic decision-making. This role focuses on analyzing business performance, building financial models, and contributing to planning processes.

What You'll Do:

- Perform financial analysis and develop reports to support business planning and strategy.

- Build and maintain financial models for forecasting and scenario analysis.

- Analyze financial performance metrics and identify key trends and opportunities.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data and understand business drivers.

- Prepare presentations and summaries of findings for management review.

- Support budgeting cycles and contribute to improving financial processes.

What we are looking for:

- 1+ year of experience in financial analysis or corporate finance.

- Solid understanding of financial modeling and forecasting techniques.

- Advanced Excel skills and experience with financial software or BI tools.

- Strong quantitative and analytical abilities.

- Effective communication skills to present financial insights clearly.

- Advanced level of English.
