Role Description

The Associate Founder will play a core role in driving Zenith’s growth, co-developing service offerings, and strengthening operational and strategic capabilities. This is a full-time remote role that involves working closely with the founding team on business development initiatives, including identifying target client segments, refining value propositions, and supporting key client engagements. Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating incorporation and corporate service workflows, overseeing client onboarding processes, and ensuring compliance-related tasks are executed accurately and on schedule. The Associate Founder will help design and improve internal processes, contribute to fundraising and partnership discussions, and support the preparation of proposals, pitch materials, and investor documentation. The role also includes market and regulatory research, light financial and operational analysis, and collaboration with external partners to support market entry and licensing projects.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in corporate services, including familiarity with business incorporation, corporate secretarial work, and regulatory compliance.
• Experience in client advisory or consulting, with skills in stakeholder management, needs assessment, and solution-oriented problem solving.
• Competence in business development and growth initiatives, such as market research, lead generation, and partnership or investor outreach.
• Solid analytical and organizational skills, including the ability to interpret regulations, manage timelines, and coordinate multiple workstreams.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to prepare structured reports, presentations, and client or investor-facing materials.
• Comfort working in a remote, entrepreneurial environment; proactive, self-directed, and able to take ownership of projects with minimal supervision.
• Prior experience in corporate services, professional services, consulting, or startup environments is highly beneficial.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Law, or a related discipline preferred; relevant professional certifications are an advantage.
