Role Description As an Associate Founder at Mama Insurance, you will support the leadership team in shaping strategy, driving growth, and overseeing key operational initiatives in Milan. This full-time, on-site and remote role involves collaborating on product, operations, finance, and go-to-market plans, coordinating with partners, and contributing to data-driven decisions that improve customer experience. You will help manage cross-functional projects, align resources, and ensure timely execution of business priorities. The role includes regular market and competitor analysis, participation in investor and stakeholder communications, and hands-on work in building scalable processes for a fast-growing Insurtech business.

• Experience in project management and meeting deadlines.
• Comfort with data analysis and metrics, using insights to inform decisions and optimize performance.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with partners, customers, and internal stakeholders.
• Background in insurance, fintech, management consulting, technology-driven startups is highly beneficial.
• Entrepreneurial mindset, adaptability in a fast-changing environment, and willingness to take ownership of results.
• Fluency in English; proficiency in Italian is a strong advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
