Associate Healthcare Analyst (SQL)

1+ Years of experience in developing SQL queries, Stored procedures and Functions. Performs advanced data analytics including monitoring performance, query development, opportunity assessments, trend identification and bulk data inserts. Knowledge of Azure - Databricks Develop, evolve, deploy, and manage analytic and reporting services and processes, ensuring all deliverables meet the requirements of customers and EXL’s Health business goals. Produce scalable and flexible, high-quality code that satisfies both functional and non-functional requirements. Coordinate and prioritize analytical including client communication, planning, and identifying operational process flow, ability to plan, manage and execute projects within the targeted timelines. Responsible for addressing production support issues on day-to-day basis and closing them on time. Propose new and state of – the – art technologies and processes that will improve efficiency and enhance the reporting platform. Ability to write programs independently using technologies like SQL, Hive QL etc. Quick learner with ability to understand product’s functionality end to end. Responsible for tuning queries for performance, security and stability of the reports. Need to understand the functional aspects of the reports being developed & perform deployment.
