In the Industrials group, our team provides best-in-class strategic advice and execution capabilities on a global scale. The group’s core verticals include Capital Goods, Transportation, Automotive, Business Services, Chemicals, Building Products and Packaging, and Aerospace and Defense, among others. We’ll trust you to: Perform financial analyses and create models Prepare and create client presentations and meeting materials Interact with client senior executives Help to manage deal processes Mentor and coach Analyst bankers You’ll need to have: At least 1+ years of investment banking experience (M&A experience strongly preferred) Interest in the Industrials sector Strong quantitative background and analytical/technical skills coupled with meticulous attention to detail A demonstrated team player attitude with a strong motivation to contribute to a positive team culture Top academic performance with comfort operating in an unstructured environment which values initiative, creativity, and maturity Motivation to work as a team player and contribute to a positive team culture Excellent verbal and written communication skills with ability to multi-task Bachelor’s degree required What we offer: We strive to enhance the total health and well-being of our employees through comprehensive, competitive benefits. We expect the base salary range for this role to be approximately $185,000 - $250,000 USD. Various factors contribute to determining the actual base compensation offered, including but not limited to the applicant’s years of relevant experience, career tenure, qualifications, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, relevant skills for the role, and if applicable, the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job.
