The achievers and courageous challenge-crushers we seek, have the following characteristics and skills: What You Will Do: Perform Engineering Part Analysis (EPAs) Execute Transition Design Reviews (TDRs) Identify export requirements Review engineering drawings for content, notes, accuracy, legibility and other noteworthy findings Evaluate level of difficulty to transition suppliers and identify roadblocks Investigate and implement source control parts for compliant alternatives Follow drawings update and approvals in PLM tool Ensure all data is captured and ready to present to chief engineering staff Ensure that EPA and TDR milestones are met Seek advice from subject matter experts when required Report project status during regular internal meetings What You Will Bring: Bachelor’s Degree in a technical field or equivalent years of experience 0-3 years of relevant experience Ability to Read & Understand part drawings Knowledge of Engineering Mechanics Strong analytical skills Strong problem-solving skills Familiarity or interest with aerospace industry desired Good communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills Team skills and organizational skills Ability to express technical information in a clear and simple way Work as a team member in a technical project environment. Must be self-motivated and able to think 'outside the box' Pay Range: $60,000 - $65,000 per year Compensation decisions are made based on factors including experience, skills, education, and other job-related factors, in accordance with our internal pay structure.
