Role Summary The Associate assists Origination Manager and Senior Origination Manager in the analysis, underwriting and closing of mandate-compliant lending transactions for our investors. With growing transaction experience, continuously expand area of responsibility and start acquiring own client relationships and network. Key Responsibilities Financial and cash flow modeling to assess and quantify the risk principles associated with new real estate financing opportunities Use internal models to assess loan ratings Prepare committee documents and participate in debt investment committee Draft appropriately structured term sheets and partially negotiate with borrowers Work with internal and external legal advisors to partially negotiate legal documentation Carry out property (including ESG), legal and tax real estate due diligence with internal experts & external advisors Supports smooth handover to loan management team Key Requirements 3-5 year-experience in real-estate lending / structured financing / private debt Advanced graduate degree in Real Estate, Management, Finance, Economics or similar qualifications CFA or RICS is a plus Excellent modelling skills on Excel Fluent in French and English, an additional European language is a plus Curiosity, reactivity and communication/presentation skills Good negotiation and commercial skills Experience in an international and multicultural business environment Ability to navigate across different projects and departments and to work with a wide variety of different people in the organization Results orientated with the ability to work under time pressure when necessary, requiring strong organizational and prioritization skills Hands-on-mentality and persistence to carry out projects and tasks Ability to work in a team Additional information Location : Paris Benefits : Onboarding: A mentor, a buddy program and a global welcome event will help you getting started.
