Associate (Permanent Role)

You will

• Conduct communications audit
• Conduct stakeholder assessment, mapping, and management
• Conduct environmental scanning and scenario planning,
• Undertake stakeholder engagement and interact with stakeholders
• Critically and analytically review reports, plans and other documents
• Develop strategic documents and write reports
• Facilitate meetings and attend conferences
• Be called upon to perform other tasks depending on specific skill sets and experience
  
  

You will possess/need

• At least 10 years of working experience in Strategic Communications, Public Relations, Information Management, Reputation Management, or other related areas
• A first degree in Arts, Science, or related field
• A master’s degree in either Strategic Communications or Public Relations
• Experience with working with Public Sector Institutions
• Knowledge of developing and implementing communications strategy
• Strong communications skills, report writing and documentation skills
• Experience in developing and facilitating training modules
• Experience with risk and impact communications
• Analytical and critical thinking skills

• MBA is an added advantage
• Consultancy experience
• Project Management certification and experience

Work Schedule

You will be based in Accra, Ghana. We operate a remote first working approach. Working remotely is our default way of working. We have co-working spaces available in Accra for collaboration and connection and for the use of those who value and want to work out of an office. Where you will work from will be subject to change based on the firm’s discretion, and your ability to access a reliable connection and are set up to work remotely.
