Associate Product Manager

Your Role In Our Mission: The ideal candidate will have some related experience and thrive in an environment that is collaborative and fast-moving. This role requires the successful individual to have a highly developed ability to understand user needs. They will also show visible curiosity about market dynamics and have foundational knowledge of business fundamentals. Having some prior knowledge of the Reward & Recognition (R&R) product or industry would be considered a plus. What's In It For Me? Our teams are based in our Sofia or Plovdiv office . Some of Your Responsibilities & Core Duties will include: User Understanding & Feedback Synthesis: Participate in user interviews and testing sessions to gather insights and grasp user requirements. Analyse user feedback from various channels, including support tickets and usability tests, to identify patterns and areas for product improvement. Work alongside the UX team to convert user feedback into actionable product changes. Build relationships with the operational team (customer success manager, implementation team, account manager) to get feedback from the field on R&R product Market & Competitive analysis: Monitor and report on competitors’ products, highlighting their strengths, weaknesses, and potential opportunities for Reward Gateway (RG). Stay updated with industry trends and new technologies to ensure RG products are always ahead. Coordinate efforts alongside the marketing and sales teams to understand the market positioning of RG products. Product Knowledge & Revenue Awareness: Acquire fundamental insight into RG’s product suite and how each product contributes to overall revenue. Work alongside the sales and finance teams to understand the monetisation strategies and revenue streams. Goal Setting & prioritisation: Assist in setting quarterly Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) for the product team. Help in creating and prioritising user stories, ensuring they align with the product vision and objectives. Collaborate with senior product managers to manage the scope of product iterations and ensure timely delivery. Continuous Delivery & Performance Analysis: Support the engineering and design teams in the product development process, ensuring requirements are clear and feasible. Monitor product performance metrics and seek guidance in interpreting results to recommend improvements. Coordinate with the QA team to ensure the product quality meets RG standards. Stakeholder Communication & Collaboration: Regularly communicate product updates, plans, and changes to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment. Collaborate cross-functionally with other departments, including marketing, sales, and customer support, to ensure cohesive product strategies. Act as the liaison between the product team and external stakeholders, gathering feedback and ensuring mutual understanding. Team Engagement & Contribution: Actively participate in all team meetings, ceremonies, and brainstorming sessions, bringing fresh ideas and perspectives. Collaborate closely with fellow product managers, designers, and engineers to drive innovation. Advocate for best practices, continuous improvement, and knowledge-sharing within the team Business Impact & Value creation: Understand RG’s value proposition to its clients and end-users, and ensure that products uphold and extend this value Identify areas for product improvements or new features that can drive business growth and user satisfaction Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure products are promoted effectively and reach the right audience. The Experience and Key Skills you will have: Demonstrated experience in a similar role in a Product or Project Implementation team Proven awareness about product development and the tech industry An understanding of qualitative and quantitative research methods, especially in understanding user needs and pain points Proven experience of market trends and competitive analysis Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with proven track record of presenting findings and insights to different audiences Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment Demonstrable knowledge of Agile methodologies and tools Collaborative mindset, with the ability to work well in teams and manage individual responsibilities The Interview Process: Online interview with the Senior Talent Partner Final interview with the Senior Product Director and Product Director At Reward Gateway | Edenred we are committed to ensuring an inclusive and accessible recruitment process for all candidates.
