What You'll Do Manage the enterprise AI enablement intake process, including qualification, business value assessment, prioritization recommendations, and governance progression. Build and structure AI ideas into actionable use case statements, covering business problems, target users, process impact, data needs, governance considerations, and success measures. Direct the enterprise AI opportunity portfolio, coordinating prioritisation, benefit tracking, dependency management, risk management, executive reporting, and value realisation outcomes. Drive value realisation and benefit tracking for delivered AI use cases, including post-implementation reviews and business value validation. Act as the primary engagement lead for AI opportunities, partnering with IT sponsors to define value hypotheses, success metrics, implementation priorities, and encouraged operational outcomes. Develop and deliver AI awareness and enablement activities for business and Global IT collaborators, including intake training, lunch-and-learn sessions, governance education, and adoption support materials. Manage platform demand, backlog prioritisation, roadmap implementation, collaborator engagement, and continuous improvement initiatives for the MuleSoft enterprise integration platform. Capture MuleSoft platform improvement requests, technical debt items, operational improvements, and reusable asset opportunities. Translate collaborator needs into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and backlog items for architecture and delivery teams. Collaborate with integration architects and delivery teams to promote the adoption of reusable APIs, enterprise integration patterns, and platform capabilities. What We're Looking For Degree in Business, Information Systems, Technology, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field; or equivalent practical experience in technology delivery, business analysis, product ownership, or platform coordination. 8+ years of experience in project management or product management, business analysis, digital transformation, or technology enablement. Demonstrated experience owning outcomes, managing collaborator demand, prioritising competing requirements, and driving business value through technology capabilities. Experience capturing requirements, writing user stories, detailing acceptance criteria, and converting ambiguous business needs into structured delivery inputs. Foundational understanding of enterprise technology delivery, business process improvement, collaborating with partners, technology governance, and operating in a global IT environment. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams, priorities, dependencies, risks, and collaborator follow-ups. Strong written and verbal communication abilities, including the capability to prepare clear status updates, meeting notes, decision records, governance materials, and executive-ready summaries. Ability to work effectively with business collaborators, product owners, architects, engineers, delivery leads, cybersecurity, data, governance, and senior technology collaborators. Experience using tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, ServiceNow, SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, or similar enterprise collaboration and delivery tools. Willingness to build deeper expertise in MuleSoft, API-led integration, AI enablement, product ownership, enterprise architecture, and platform governance.
