Role Description The Associate Program Manager is a full-time, hybrid role based in Singapore, with the flexibility to work from home for part of the time. This position supports the planning, coordination, and execution of mentoring programs, including liaising with mentors, mentees, and partner organisations. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing program timelines, organising events and training sessions, tracking participation and outcomes, and maintaining accurate program documentation. The role involves communicating with stakeholders, responding to inquiries, preparing reports, and contributing to improvements in program processes and tools. The Associate Program Manager also assists with outreach, digital communications, and community-building efforts that strengthen the VOA movement.
