Coordinates project activities, resources, and information. Monitors and tracks project progress and handles any issues that arise. Acts as the point of contact and communicates project status to all participants. Works with the Project Manager to eliminate blockers. Uses tools to monitor working hours, plans, and expenditures. Creates and maintains comprehensive project documentation, plans, and reports. Ensures standards and requirements are met through conducting quality assurance tests. Facilitates project meetings and distributes minutes to all project team members. Assists in the development and implementation of project strategies and initiatives. Provides administrative support as needed. Assists in the preparation of project proposals, timeframes, schedules, and budgets. Performs other duties as assigned.
