Job Description As an Assistant Project Manager in Real Estate, you will be involved in: Onboarding and Documentation: Assist with project initiation, client onboarding, and document management. Design and Construction Support: Help with design, construction processes, submittals, and RFIs. Meeting Coordination: Coordinate project meetings. Procurement Assistance: Assist in procuring consultants, contractors, and third-party vendors. Project Compliance and Reporting: Ensure compliance with document controls, manage invoices, and provide project reports. Team Collaboration: Collaborate with internal resources and contractors to achieve project goals. Foster effective teamwork. Qualifications 2+ years of experience as an Assistant Project Manager coordinating projects and assisting construction projects of increasing complexity required. A recognized university degree (or equivalent) in Engineering, Architecture or a relevant subject Willingness to work toward CAPM, PMP or P.Eng Proficient in MS Outlook, Word, Excel, Powerpoint, & MSProject or P6. Ranges are determined by role and level and represent a good faith effort to provide a fair and equitable salary. This range is a reflection of base salary only, not of a total compensation package.
