We are adding an Associate Project Manager to help coordinate a large scale project for a Belgian logistics group based in Antwerp. This role ensures our finance led implementations stay on track and that the technical team has the documentation they need to deliver accurate results.
About Alpine Business Consulting Alpine Business Consulting works at the intersection of finance processes and the systems that support them. We specialize in Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) and analytics, helping finance teams fix platforms that never delivered on their promises. While we build new systems from scratch, much of our work involves remediating existing setups in Oracle EPM, SAP BPC, and Power BI. We focus on the numbers side of the house, ensuring that consolidation rules, intercompany eliminations, and reporting pipelines reflect how a finance team actually operates. Our approach moves away from typical implementation theatre. We prioritize finance-first configurations and fixed-price engagements, giving our clients certainty before any work begins. We do not believe in keeping clients dependent on us. Instead, we build administrator training and documentation into every project so teams can run their systems independently after go-live. We are a remote-first team of consultants who understand that a dashboard is only useful if the data is accurate to the cent and available the morning a period closes. Whether it is a cloud migration or a complex forecasting model, we value precision over presentation.
What You Will Do
Organize project schedules and keep internal tracking documents updated to reflect the latest progress.
Translate client requirements from the Belgian logistics group into clear tasks for our technical consultants.
Participate in status calls to document technical requirements and project milestones.
Help manage the documentation for system configurations and administrator training materials.
Coordinate the review process for data models and financial reporting pipelines.
Monitor project deadlines to ensure they align with our fixed-price agreements.
Assist in setting up test cases for consolidation rules and intercompany eliminations to verify accuracy.
Organize the final handover materials so clients can manage their systems independently after the project ends.
Maintain a clear log of project changes and adjustments to keep all team members informed.

High attention to detail, especially when checking project numbers, timelines, and meeting notes.
A degree or coursework in business, finance, management, or information systems.
Willingness to learn the technical aspects of EPM platforms and data analytics.

What We Offer
A fully remote position that respects your time and allows for a focused, efficient workflow.
Competitive pay that is attractive for an entry level position in the project management sector.
Direct exposure to complex financial systems and large scale logistics projects.
A workplace culture that values technical accuracy and honesty over corporate presentation.
Mentorship from senior consultants who understand both the finance and technology sides of the business.
The opportunity to work on fixed-price engagements where the scope is clearly defined.
Hands-on experience with industry standard EPM platforms like Oracle and SAP.
How We Work Our philosophy is built on transparency and technical integrity. We avoid the endless cycles of open-ended consulting by using fixed prices and strictly scoped deliverables. This keeps everyone focused on the final result: a system that works. We do not just build a tool and leave: we ensure the client's internal team is ready to take the keys. By working remotely, we cut out the unnecessary overhead and focus entirely on the precision of the financial data. We believe that if a project is managed correctly from the start, the systems we build will continue to add value long after our involvement has ended.
