Associate Quality Assurance

Role Description The Associate Quality Assurance role is a part-time remote position responsible for supporting quality-related activities across MGMT Club’s programs, events, and internal processes. Day-to-day tasks may include assisting in developing and updating quality standards, documenting procedures, and monitoring adherence to established guidelines. The person in this role will help review workflows and materials, identify areas for improvement, and contribute to quality reports and checklists. They will collaborate with team members to support quality reviews for events and initiatives, help coordinate any internal audits or evaluations, and ensure that feedback from participants and stakeholders is captured and used to enhance future activities.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess skills in Quality Assurance and Quality Control to support consistent standards and reliable outcomes.
• Candidates should possess skills in Quality Management to help maintain and improve quality processes and documentation.
• Candidates should possess skills in Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) or similar quality frameworks to understand structured compliance and best practices.
• Candidates should possess skills in Quality Auditing to assist with reviews, assessments, and reporting on quality performance.
• Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills and the ability to collaborate in remote teams.
• Interest in management, HR, leadership, or organizational development; prior involvement in student organizations is beneficial.
• Ability to manage time effectively in a part-time remote setting while balancing academic responsibilities.
