Associate Recruiter - Administration

The Associate Recruiter has primary accountability for assisting in the recruitment of physicians and advanced practitioner candidates for all medical groups across Southern California, PCN. This support position works in close collaboration with recruiters, managers, and executive teams while also building successful relationships with internal and external prospects/candidates. Required Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent educ/experience 1 year Relevant experience. Preferred Qualifications: Upon hire: Participation in a recruitment professional organization (e.g., Association of Staff Physician Recruiters (ASPR), FASPR Fellowship, AIRS Certified Recruiter, NW Recruiter Association, ERE, NAHCR Certified Recruiter). 1 year Recruitment experience.
