Associate Specialist, Internal Talent Acquisition

We have created a culture that enables talent to flourish, encouraging entrepreneurship, fostering team spirit, and continually building mutual trust. • Supports all tactical activities for the internal recruitment process, assists in various internal recruitment projects and initiatives contributing to improving processes to support tactical support needs • Researches and understands external market for key talent profiles for the areas supported including brands, cultures and title structures • Supports TA by understanding the specific needs and requirements of open roles, specifically supports tactical, non communicative sourcing and long listing • Qualifies head hunted profiles, resumes and job applications to longlist candidates that meet job requirement and qualifications of the assigned vacancy JD and intake meeting • Identifies potential candidates on professional networks within time sensitive service level agreements and KPIs to match pace and quality of TA team Grade Description • Requires in-depth knowledge in specialized disciplines / job functions • Applies extensive skills and expertise in a range of complex concepts, processes, procedures and systems • May coordinate work, providing guidance and/or training to more junior team members • Works autonomously based on existing practices, precedents or procedures; may provide input for improvements • Impacts own team and other teams whose work activities are closely related; develops improvements to existing processes and procedures to improve the efficiency of the team • Researches and understands external market for key talent profiles for the areas supported including brands, cultures and title structures • Supports TA by understanding the specific needs and requirements of open roles, specifically supports tactical, non communicative sourcing and long listing • Qualifies head hunted profiles, resumes and job applications to longlist candidates that meet job requirement and qualifications of the assigned vacancy JD and intake meeting • Identifies potential candidates on professional networks within time sensitive service level agreements and KPIs to match pace and quality of TA team • Prepares candidate profiles and recommendations for TA colleagues at all levels within E grades • Influences internally (to TA) to support the engagement of top quality candidates into process Grade Description • Requires in-depth knowledge in specialized disciplines / job functions • Applies extensive skills and expertise in a range of complex concepts, processes, procedures and systems • May coordinate work, providing guidance and/or training to more junior team members • Works autonomously based on existing practices, precedents or procedures; may provide input for improvements • Impacts own team and other teams whose work activities are closely related; develops improvements to existing processes and procedures to improve the efficiency of the team Is this the job for you?
