About the position As we continue to grow our Talent Service offering, we’re now seeking an Associate Talent Specialist who is passionate about helping organisations find, hire and retain exceptional talent. As a Humankind an Associate Talent Specialist, you'll partner with a diverse range of clients, supporting recruitment projects and broader people initiatives that help organisations unlock the potential of their people. You'll work alongside senior leaders, CEOs and hiring managers, providing expertise in: Talent acquisition and recruitment delivery Candidate attraction and sourcing strategies Hiring process design and optimisation You'll build strong relationships, deliver exceptional candidate and client experiences, and contribute to innovative people solutions that create meaningful impact. This is a fast-paced, varied and highly collaborative role. One day you might be sourcing a hard-to-find specialist, the next supporting a client with a people initiative or helping shape a better hiring experience. You'll bring: Experience in recruitment, talent acquisition or people & culture. A genuine passion for connecting people with opportunities and delivering outstanding experiences. Strong relationship-building skills and the confidence to partner with senior stakeholders. A proactive mindset and the ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment. Curiosity, adaptability and a desire to continuously learn and grow. Bonus points if you've worked in consulting, agency recruitment or a client-facing environment. How our Associate model works At Humankind, our Associates are an extension of our team. You’ll join our trusted Associate network and work alongside us on client projects as opportunities arise. While we can't guarantee a set number of hours, we aim to build long-term relationships with our Associates and provide meaningful, ongoing work where possible. You'll have the freedom of contracting, while still being part of the Humankind team, collaborating with our consultants, contributing to client outcomes, and sharing in our learning and development opportunities.
