About the Role

Join Tribal’s Cloud Services team as an Associate Technical Lead, supporting Higher Education customers on their cloud journey through AWS and Azure. You’ll manage incidents, guide onboarding, and keep service delivery running smoothly — all while working remotely from Kuala Lumpur.

What You’ll Do

• Monitor and resolve customer incidents and service requests within SLA.
• Work with Technical Leads, Product Support, and Development to resolve issues efficiently.
• Support onboarding of new cloud customers.
• Produce clear technical documentation and guide Professional Services Consultants.
• Help transition new services into Business-as-Usual delivery.

What You’ll Bring

• A technical, customer-facing background.
• Familiarity with a service management tool (RemedyForce, ServiceNow, or similar).
• Strong technical experience, ideally supporting a large-scale Records Management System or similar enterprise application.
• Database fundamentals (SQL Server and/or Oracle) and Linux/Windows knowledge.
• Strong communication skills — you can explain technical issues to non-technical people.

Cloud experience (AWS, Azure) and ITIL Foundation are a plus, not a must.

Note: This role falls under Tribal’s On-Call and Out-of-Hours Working Policy. Regular out-of-hours work may be required and will be compensated accordingly.
