What makes this role exciting CloudPay is seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Associate UK Payroll Specialist to join our dynamic, fast-growing team. You'll work closely with multinational clients, gaining hands-on experience in payroll processing, manual calculations, statutory compliance, and continuous improvement. With full training provided, this is an excellent opportunity to kick-start your career in payroll. You'll manage your own client payrolls, contribute to process enhancements, and collaborate with a supportive and experienced team that’s committed to your growth. This is a hybrid role, with attendance at our Andover, Hampshire office required three times per month. Main responsibilities Processing multiple payrolls on behalf of clients accurately, on time, and efficiently Provide support to clients on all payroll-related matters to ensure the highest level of service, including acting as a backup covering for holidays or emergencies. Research discrepancies in payroll information and/or documentation to ensure accuracy and adherence to procedures Reconcile and file required reports for relevant government agencies Review payrolls at the end of each month and seek assistance to make improvements where necessary Be involved in process improvement Experience needed for this role Confident working with Microsoft Excel and proficient in Microsoft Office applications. Excellent time management and administrative skills with a sharp eye for detail. Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
