Essential Job Functions and Responsibilities Assists in the review and evaluation of applications, ensuring they align with Company policies and underwriting guidelines. Works closely with underwriters and brokers/agents to gather additional information and clarify application details. Reviews relevant data, including financial statements, property valuations, and loss histories to assist with risk assessment. Assists in maintaining underwriting files, ensuring all documents and approvals are properly filed. Compiles reports on risk evaluations, policy statuses, and portfolio performance for underwriters and management. Provides information to Processing that is needed to issue policies and endorsements on a timely basis. Assist with TN panels. The person hired for this position will work out of one of the Summit offices: Lakeland, FL, Gainesville, GA, or Baton Rouge, LA, which offers a hybrid work environment of 4 days in the office and 1 day work from home. #LI-Hybrid Job Requirements Education: Associates Degree in Business, Finance, or a related field or equivalent experience. Scope of Job/Qualifications: Performs work under close supervision and technical direction. Performs standard duties utilizing often-complex processes/procedures on assignments of a routine nature.
