WE ARE HIRING : Associate / Technical Lead Location: Sri Lanka Employment Type: six-month Contract Company Industry: IT Industry Role Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Associate / Technical Lead to design, develop, and lead the delivery of scalable enterprise software solutions. This role involves technical leadership, architecture design, and mentoring teams while ensuring high engineering standards in a fast-paced IT environment. Key Responsibilities Design and develop enterprise-level software solutions Architect and implement scalable, high-performance applications Break down user stories into clear and achievable technical tasks Lead technical design and ensure high-quality code implementation Conduct code reviews and maintain engineering best practices Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions Ensure adherence to engineering standards and processes Mentor and guide team members through technical challenges Work on system design, integrations, and performance optimization Support DevOps practices and deployment processes Candidate Profile Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field Minimum 4+ years of experience in software development and technical leadership Experience in enterprise application development and team management Skills & Competencies Strong experience with full-stack technologies (Java, Spring, Node.js, React, JavaScript) Knowledge of RESTful APIs, microservices architecture Strong understanding of databases (RDBMS and NoSQL) Experience with Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD, and Git Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and containerization Strong problem-solving, analytical, and leadership skills Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities Ready to take your career to new heights?
