ATL Team Lead (m/f/d)

Our Amsterdam team in a nutshell: We're proud to be a highly diverse team in terms of gender, nationality and work experience. In our team, you'll work for young, international clients such as HelloFresh, Vinted and Emma Sleep, who want to advertise their innovative businesses in the Netherlands and Belgium. Our Amsterdam team consists of 7 people responsible for DCMN's campaigns in the Benelux. We also work closely with colleagues in Berlin on pan-European accounts such as Uniqlo. DCMN is not a network of companies in multiple countries: we are one company, one DCMN, with teams in multiple countries. We're looking for an ATL Team Lead who can strengthen our team with experience and knowledge, and who can be a shining example for our planners. You'll be working in: English with most clients and internally with DCMN colleagues, Dutch with most partners in NL and BE. How you'll make an impact: Lead a team of three marketing professionals, including setting out personal growth paths, guiding and encouraging that growth, and distributing projects within the team Oversee and manage recruitment processes, including onboarding and training new team members Develop and maintain close relationships with senior contacts at media owners via phone and email, keeping them updated on account status Develop and maintain close relationships with senior client-side contacts, including at a strategic level Guide, create and edit client reports (Excel and PowerPoint) Translate the client's campaign goals into detailed media plans, primarily for ATL media campaigns Present the (direct response) results of TV, radio and OOH campaigns to clients, put them in context, and apply the learnings to future campaigns Manage the growth and development of the media team Be a thought leader within the team on market trends and developments Skills you'll need to succeed: Extensive work experience in offline marketing at an advertiser or media agency Proficiency in Excel and an analytical mindset Excellent communication skills in Dutch and English You know all relevant offline media types and understand how they can drive brand growth Flexibility and a hands-on mentality: you're able to handle multiple tasks at once, constantly reassess your priorities, and support other team members in doing the same You enjoy being part of a team that collaborates and shares knowledge, but you also like working independently and taking ownership of your projects Knowledge of direct response attribution tools such as Innovid XP (formerly TVSquared) or Spot Effects We believe humility is a great quality, as it keeps you open to self-development.
