Atlassian Consultant (Nordic)

Seibert Solutions Denmark
Posted 5 hours ago
🌍Norway, Sweden🏠Remote💰€52K–€61K📁Operations & Admin
Is this job info correct?

As an Atlassian Consultant, you’ll lead projects, advise clients and help teams across the Nordics work better with Jira, Confluence and Jira Service Management.

Who will I be working with?

Seibert Solutions Denmark is an Atlassian Solution Partner based in Copenhagen and part of the Seibert Group family. With around 400 employees and headquarters in Wiesbaden, Germany, Seibert Solutions is a leading Atlassian Platinum Partner.

We help organizations across the Nordics make better use of tools like Jira, Confluence and Jira Service Management – from implementations and cloud migrations to platform governance and AI-supported workflows.

We are a small team with short decision-making paths and lots of direct contact with our clients. You’ll work closely with both customers and colleagues and have plenty of room to shape your projects and the way you work.

As an Atlassian Consultant (Nordic), you’ll take ownership of your projects from the first workshop through to go-live and beyond. You’ll work closely with clients in Denmark, Sweden and Norway and help them improve the way they collaborate and manage their work – in Danish, Swedish or Norwegian.

This is a remote-first position. You can be based in Sweden, Norway or the Copenhagen area. If you live close to Copenhagen, you’re also welcome to use our office whenever you like. Some travel to customers across the Nordics will be part of the role.

Which tasks may I expect?

You’ll do more than configure Atlassian tools. You’ll understand what our clients are trying to achieve and help them find solutions that work for their organization.

  • Run projects independently: You’ll implement Jira, Confluence and Jira Service Management, handle migrations (for example, on-premise to Cloud, Server to Data Center or site merges) and take responsibility for complex projects with different stakeholders.
  • Advise clients on their setup: You’ll design solutions based on best practices, advise on deployments, licensing and infrastructure, and make sure requirements are clearly documented.
  • Lead workshops and training: You’ll prepare and facilitate workshops, bring different requirements together and help client teams get comfortable using the tools.
  • Keep an eye on the commercial side: You’ll keep projects on track in terms of budget, scope and timelines, coordinate billing and communicate openly with clients when priorities or requirements change.
  • Recognize opportunities: As you work with clients, you’ll notice where additional solutions or services could be useful and share these opportunities with our sales team.
Which skills and strengths will I contribute to the team?
  • Languages: You have native-level Danish, Swedish or Norwegian and are comfortable working directly with clients in the Nordics. Professional English is required for working with our international team.
  • Atlassian expertise: You have solid hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence, ideally also Jira Service Management, and understand different deployment options such as Cloud, Data Center and Server.
  • Project experience: You have independently delivered complex projects, from kickoff through to go-live, including implementations and migrations.
  • Workshop and moderation skills: You can bring different stakeholder perspectives together, work through conflicting requirements and help a group reach a decision.
  • Communication skills: You can explain technical topics in a clear and accessible way, listen to what clients need and stay calm when things get difficult.
  • Commercial awareness: You understand the importance of scope, budget and timelines and take responsibility for keeping projects on track.
  • Certifications: Atlassian certifications are a plus. If you don’t have them yet, we expect you to be willing to work towards them during your first months.
  • Experience: Typically, you have a completed Bachelor's degree and at least 2 years of relevant professional experience.
Practical
  • Location: Remote-first in Sweden, Norway or the Copenhagen area. Our office in Copenhagen is available if you’re nearby.
  • Start: As soon as we find the right person.
  • Application: Send us a short CV and a few lines about something you’ve built or implemented in Jira or Confluence that you’re proud of.
What does Seibert offer me?
  • Work–life balance: Flexible working hours, clear overtime regulations and the option to work from home.
  • Equipment & support: We provide everything you need to get started, including a MacBook, iPhone and home-office equipment, as well as support from an experienced international team.
  • Professional development: Together, we’ll look at what will help you grow in your role, including opportunities to work towards Atlassian certifications.
  • Trust & responsibility: We give you the freedom to take ownership of your work, contribute your ideas and shape things together with your team.
