About This Role

This position is part of the Information and Technology organization, and is a full-time, permanent, hybrid/remote position. Working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment, the Global Atlassian Administrator will oversee our Euronet subscription for all entities and users. As part of a Global Administrator team, ideal candidates will be responsible for supporting and managing our entire Atlassian ecosystem (Jira Software, Confluence, and other products) and work with multi-disciplinary teams across our organization to improve performance and stability of our sites.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Administrate Atlassian products across all Euronet entities.
• Provide support and advanced troubleshooting to all Euronet entities.
• Maintain, administer, upgrade, and enhance JIRA and integrations with other tools or plugins.
• Perform regular site cleanup activities following Atlassian’s best practices.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to design and implement complex solutions.
• Develop and maintain templates, complex workflows including project workflows, screen schemes, permission scheme and notification schemes.
• Manage user and groups permission based on the needs of projects, teams or products.
• Develop training materials and deliver training to power users, product owners or specific audiences.
• Document product configuration, policies and processes adopted across all Euronet entities.
• Generate subscription and support related reports (license usage, instance audit, support requests)
• Be a trusted escalation point for our services team, customers, partners and Atlassian representatives.

Position Requirements

• +3 Years of Experience as Atlassian Administrator in a large, multi-methodology organization (Cloud environment preferred)
• Understanding of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
• Understanding of Project Management methodologies (Agile/Scrum/Waterfall)
• Understanding of Microsoft Solutions including but not limited to Active Directory, Azure DevOps, GitHub, SQL
• Understanding of Web Technologies (Cloud/Amazon Web Services, HTML, CSS)
• Script Development using Atlassian REST API, Webhooks and (PowerShell, Forge, Curl, JS)
• Experience managing multiple sites (or servers), sandbox environments and their data residency.
• Atlassian Certification (ACP-120, ACP-620 or similar) preferred
• Experience with data migrations for both server -> cloud and cloud -> cloud
• Understand ITIL support framework to ensure strong understanding of processes.
• Ability to Plan, Coordinate, multitask with a strong attention to detail.
• English language: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
