You’ll manage cases from start to finish while mentoring support staff and ensuring high-quality legal work. Key Responsibilities Client Advocacy & Case Management Represent clients in EOIR court (Master & Merits Hearings) Conduct consultations and prepare clients for interviews Draft motions, briefs, and other legal filings Communicate with government agencies and stakeholders Leadership & Legal Oversight Supervise and mentor paralegals and legal assistants Oversee case preparation and ensure timely filings Maintain organized, compliant, and confidential case records What We’re Looking For Core Skills: ✔ Strong legal writing and courtroom advocacy✔ Excellent client communication and interpersonal skills✔ Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple cases independently✔ Leadership mindset with team-oriented approach Qualifications: 🎓 Juris Doctor (JD) and active bar license in at least one U.S. state📚 3+ years of immigration law experience⚖️ Experience with removal defense and immigration court proceedings🌎 Background in family-based and employment-based immigration preferred About Our Firm At the Law Office of Abhisha Parikh, our clients are more than case files—they are individuals and families pursuing safety, opportunity, and a better future.
