You make them work smarter. As our AU CRM & Automation Specialist - GoHighLevel , you’ll be the person asking, “Could we automate this?” —and then figuring out how. With GoHighLevel at the heart of your role , you’ll administer CRM pipelines, automations, campaigns, and contacts while helping connect the systems around them. You’ll also work across ClickUp, WordPress, Stripe, APIs, and AI platforms to streamline processes and make everyday work more efficient. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys getting platforms to play nicely together, experimenting with practical AI applications, and translating technical improvements into solutions that make sense to non-technical teammates. Key Responsibilities: Administer GoHighLevel CRM , including pipelines, automations, campaigns, and contacts. Build, maintain, and improve CRM and digital workflows. Manage projects and tasks using ClickUp . Maintain and update WordPress websites. Support integrations between GoHighLevel, websites, payment gateways, and other business systems. Assist with Stripe and API integrations . Troubleshoot digital workflows and integration issues. Research and recommend relevant AI and digital tools. Create AI-assisted documents, communications, and business resources. Identify manual processes that can be streamlined or automated. Support digital marketing, social media, and reporting activities. Maintain accurate and up-to-date information across digital platforms. Communicate digital processes and solutions to non-technical stakeholders. Requirements Required Qualifications (Must-Have): 2+ years of experience in digital, technology, marketing, or project administration. Practical experience with GoHighLevel CRM . Experience managing CRM pipelines and automations . Experience using ClickUp for project and task management. Experience maintaining or updating WordPress websites. Practical experience with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or Copilot . Experience with digital integrations . Experience with Stripe/payment gateways and API connectivity . Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace . Ability to identify opportunities for process improvement and automation. Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities. Ability to explain technical processes clearly to non-technical stakeholders. Preferred Qualifications: Experience connecting GoHighLevel with websites, payment gateways, and other business systems. Experience building or improving automated CRM workflows and campaigns. Experience supporting digital marketing, social media, or reporting activities. Experience applying AI tools to business processes, communications, or documentation. Experience troubleshooting CRM, website, workflow, or integration issues. Relevant experience with comparable CRM, project management, website, AI, or payment platforms may also be considered.
