These services are offered primarily in schools and in homes. EDUCATION: Master's Degree or Clinical Doctorate in Audiology. Must have either a Certificate of Clinical Competence in Audiology from the American Speech, Language, and Hearing Association. (ASHA) or have American Board of Audiology (ABA) Certification. Must possess or be eligible for current state licensure in Audiology. Certain positions may also require a Hearing Aid Dispensing License. Certifications must be maintained throughout tenure. EXPERIENCE: Some experience in educational setting preferred.
