The Role We are looking for an ambitious Audit Associate Manager to join our growing Northern Ireland audit team. This role is ideal for either a newly qualified or experienced auditor who is ready to take the next step in their career. You will play a key role in delivering high-quality audits, leading sections of engagements, and supporting the development of junior team members while continuing to build your own technical and leadership skills. Key Responsibilities Supporting the management of a portfolio of audit clients Leading audits in the field, from planning through to completion under Manager/Partner supervision Identifying audit risks and contributing to effective audit strategies Ensuring audit work is completed in line with professional standards and firm methodology Reviewing the work of junior team members and providing constructive feedback Coaching and supporting trainees and seniors in their development Building strong working relationships with clients and acting as a key day-to-day contact Assisting with the financial management of audit engagements Supporting business development and firm-wide initiatives The Person ACA/ACCA (or equivalent) qualified or newly qualified Proven experience in corporate audit, including managing audit engagements Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build long-lasting client relationships Confident communicator with the ability to build effective client relationships Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities An interest in developing leadership and people-management skills Commercial awareness and a proactive, solutions-focused mindset A collaborative approach and a genuine desire to progress Benefits We offer competitive salaries and benefits, including pension, benefits hub, and an agile working policy.
