Project Overview

We are urgently hiring 2 Virtual Audit Advisors for a new project with a global QSR (Quick Service Restaurant) chain. This role is part of a newly awarded business initiative currently beginning in a pilot phase, with strong potential for future expansion and additional hiring opportunities.

Unlike traditional on-site audits, this role involves conducting virtual audits via video call. Restaurant managers will guide the advisor remotely through the restaurant environment using a camera, while the advisor evaluates operational and food safety standards in real time.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct remote/video-based audits for QSR locations.
• Guide restaurant managers professionally through the audit process.
• Evaluate food safety, operational compliance, cleanliness, and QSR standards remotely.
• Observe details accurately through live video interactions.
• Complete audit documentation and reports with precision and clarity.
• Maintain a coaching-oriented and professional communication style during audits.
• Follow structured audit procedures and compliance guidelines consistently.
• Participate in calibration sessions, training programs, and mock audits prior to deployment.

Required Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in:
• QSR operations
• Food safety
• Quality assurance
• Hospitality operations
• Previous experience as:
• Restaurant General Manager (GM)
• Trainer
• Food Safety Auditor
• QA/QC professional
• Strong understanding of food safety and QSR operational standards.
• Excellent English communication skills with a neutral accent.
• Professional, calm, and coaching-oriented personality.
• Strong documentation and reporting skills.
• High attention to detail and observation skills.
• Comfortable using technology platforms such as:
• Microsoft Teams
• Video conferencing tools
• Audit forms and scheduling systems

Technical Requirements

Candidates must have:

• Laptop or PC
• Mobile phone or tablet
• Headset with clear audio quality
• Stable high-speed internet/Wi-Fi
• Quiet and professional home working environment

Compensation

• Approximate rate: INR 5,000 per day
