Role Description The Austria Online Language School Franchise Partner will manage and grow Lingua Learn’s virtual language training presence in Austria. This contract, remote role involves overseeing daily operations, including coordinating online language courses, managing instructor relationships, and ensuring high-quality learner experiences. The partner will develop local marketing initiatives, build partnerships with corporate and institutional clients, and respond to inquiries from prospective learners. Day-to-day tasks include monitoring performance metrics, managing budgets and forecasts, and adapting offerings based on market research and learner feedback. The role also requires close collaboration with Lingua Learn’s central team to implement brand standards, follow training guidelines, and leverage provided systems and support.
Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Writing skills to interact with learners, corporate clients, and instructors and produce clear, professional correspondence.
• Solid Analytical Skills and Research abilities to assess market opportunities, track performance, and make data-informed decisions.
• Experience in Training or education management, ideally in online or language learning environments.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with proven ability to manage business operations, including planning, budgeting, and local marketing.
• Comfort working fully remote, with reliable internet access and strong self-organization and time management skills.
• Fluency in English; proficiency in German and/or additional languages is an advantage.
• Background in education, business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience in managing programs or franchises.
• Experience building partnerships with corporate clients or institutions is highly beneficial.
