Unit Coordinator AllHealth Network is seeking a detail-oriented Unit Coordinator to support the daily operations of our crisis and recovery center. This role provides essential administrative and clerical support to clinical services, helping ensure individuals receive timely access to care and that the unit runs smoothly. What You’ll Do Provide administrative and clerical support to clinical teams and unit operations. Coordinate individual registration, insurance verification, and treatment authorization processes. Track unit census and communicate updates with physicians, nurses, and clinical team members. Assist with Medicaid applications, pending coverage follow-up, and payer changes. Obtain and organize clinical records and documents as requested. Serve as a key communication link between departments to support smooth, coordinated care. Assist with discharge coordination, step-downs from other inpatient facilities, and related documentation processes. What You’ll Bring Master’s degree in a human services field or BSN/RN preferred. Clinical license such as LPC or LCSW, and/or case management certification, preferred. At least two years of experience in inpatient utilization management, behavioral health, care coordination, and/or case management for high-risk populations. Experience working with commercial and public payer sources preferred. Strong organization, time management, communication, and problem-solving skills. Comfort working with medical records, insurance verification, billing criteria, electronic health records, Microsoft Office, spreadsheets, and database programs. Why AllHealth Network?
