What is needed in this role: Proven experience in business analysis, consulting, process improvement, digital transformation, or automation. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to structure complex or ambiguous business challenges. Excellent facilitation, stakeholder management, and communication skills. Experience leading workshops and engaging with stakeholders across multiple organizational levels. Understanding of AI, Generative AI, virtual agents, automation, workflow technologies, or related areas. Ability to assess business value, feasibility, risks, and implementation considerations. Curious, proactive, and passionate about using technology to solve real business problems.
