We're looking for an Automation Developer to help design, build and support innovative solutions that reduce manual effort, improve colleague experiences, and enable smarter decision-making across the business. This is an exciting opportunity to work at the intersection of Microsoft Power Platform, cloud technologies, automation and AI , helping deliver solutions that create measurable value for our people, customers, clients and couriers. You'll join a growing Intelligent Automation function where innovation, continuous learning and practical problem-solving are actively encouraged. What You'll Be Doing Design, develop and support Microsoft Power Platform solutions using Power Apps and Power Automate Build scalable, secure and reliable automations that streamline business processes and improve operational efficiency Support the development of AI-enabled solutions using emerging technologies and services Work closely with Business Analysts, Architects and Delivery teams to translate requirements into practical technical solutions Analyse, estimate and assess automation opportunities, validating technical feasibility and delivery approaches Develop integrations with enterprise systems, APIs, cloud services and data platforms Create reusable components, workflows and low-code assets that can be leveraged across multiple business areas Ensure solutions are built with appropriate monitoring, error handling, logging and operational support considerations Contribute to technical documentation, knowledge sharing and development standards within the team Support testing activities, deployment processes, UAT and HyperCare phases Maintain source control, deployment pipelines and development environments using DevOps best practices Evaluate emerging automation, cloud and AI technologies and identify opportunities to drive further business value Support and enhance existing automation services through structured change management processes What You'll Bring Experience developing solutions with Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps and Power Automate Experience working with Dataverse, APIs, integrations, databases and enterprise data services Understanding of software design principles and building maintainable, scalable solutions Knowledge of technologies such as Python, JavaScript, TypeScript, C#, SQL or similar Experience working with Power Platform Application Lifecycle Management (ALM), deployment pipelines and source control Understanding of agile delivery approaches such as Scrum or Kanban Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues effectively Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences Experience producing clear technical documentation and supporting operational processes Why Evri?
