What you'll be doing

• Leading the technical and organizational direction of the quality assurance team

• Developing and implementing comprehensive test strategies and automation environments

• Analyzing requirements to design efficient regression and performance testing concepts

• Identifying and documenting software defects while prioritizing sustainable resolutions

• Presenting quality metrics and recommendations to key project stakeholders

What we're looking for

• Extensive experience in Quality Assurance with a proven track record in team leadership

• A degree in a STEM field, Information Technology, or a comparable technical qualification

• Deep knowledge of modern QA methodologies and professional testing tools

• Professional fluency in both German and English, written and spoken

• Strong analytical skills combined with excellent communication and presentation abilities
