A deep understanding of Revenue Cycle processes, lean methodology, and automation technologies is essential for this role. Position Details: Mercy - Remote Opportunity Automation Optimization Specialist Shift: Full-Time, Days Minimum Qualifications: Education: High School Degree or equivalent Experience: 5 years of experience in Revenue Cycle, process improvement, or automation-related roles. Preferred Qualifications: Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, or related field. Certification/Registration: Lean Six Sigma Certification or equivalent preferred, not required. Other Skills, Knowledge, Abilities: Proficiency in Studio-X, Power Automate, and/or Copilot Studio Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel and Word Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and collaboration abilities Experience with Epic and basic report writing preferred.
