Role Overview

We're hiring an Automation & Process Engineer to help us streamline the way we operate internally and with our clients. In this role, you'll build, optimize, and maintain process automations across platforms like Zapier, Make, Airtable, Google Workspace, and eCommerce systems. You will collaborate with operations, analytics, and content teams to remove friction, reduce manual steps, and create scalable workflows that power real execution.

Duties & Responsibilities

• 1Build and maintain automation workflows using Zapier, Make (Integromat), and similar tools.
• 2Create systems that connect spreadsheets, CRMs, forms, seller dashboards, and project tools.
• 3Support onboarding and systems mapping for internal departments.
• 4Troubleshoot automations, integrations, and scripts as needed.
• 5Work with the BI and operations teams to integrate automated data pipelines.
• 6Document all workflows with SOPs and clear system diagrams.
  
  

Qualifications & Skills

• 2+ years in automation engineering, systems integration, or operations-focused tech roles.
• Proficiency in Zapier, Make.com (Integromat), Airtable, and Google Apps Script.
• Experience working with Amazon Seller Central, Google Workspace, or eCommerce workflows is a plus.
• Strong logical thinking and ability to break down complex workflows into modular steps.
• Comfortable working cross-functionally to gather needs and execute solutions.
• Bonus: Experience with APIs, Python, or custom scripting.
