AI Automation Manager — Remote | Revenue FIX

We're a boutique AI automation consultancy helping SMBs replace manual work with intelligent automation in the areas of Sales, Marketing and Project Management. As we scale our AIOS (AI Operating System) implementation practice, we're looking for a sharp, hands-on AI Automation Manager to join us remotely and help clients build AI-powered business systems from the ground up.

What you'll do:

• Build and deploy AI Operating Systems (AIOS) for SMB clients across sales, marketing, and operations
• Design and implement automation workflows using tools like Claude, ChatGPT, and other Gen-AI platforms
• Configure and integrate CRM, project management, and marketing tools (HubSpot, ClickUp, and similar)
• Set up data pipelines and dashboards that give clients real-time visibility into their business
• Map client processes and identify automation opportunities across their revenue operations
• Manage implementation projects end-to-end — from discovery to go-live
• Connect AI agents to real business systems: email, calendar, CRM, and more
• Train client teams on new AI tools and workflows
• Troubleshoot, iterate, and continuously improve deployed systems
• Stay current with the latest AI tools and bring new ideas to the team
• Document processes and build reusable automation playbooks

What we're looking for:

• 2–3 years of hands-on experience with AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, or similar Gen-AI platforms)
• Familiarity with revenue operations — sales automation, marketing automation, or CRM management
• Experience with project management tools (ClickUp, Asana, or similar)
• Comfortable working independently and managing multiple client projects remotely
• Strong communication skills — you'll be working directly with business owners
• A builder mindset — you figure things out, you don't wait to be told how
• Degree in business, technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
